Additional Pictures/Information The Chairback Frame attachment provides optimal post-operative support, while the lumbar-sacral orthosis (LSO) provides superior support for patient maintenance and pain relief. The unique Lacer Design, utilizing a patent-pending tear drop channel, works with the posterior compression panels to provide a smooth, uniform pull. By simply pulling the side handle, the patient may quickly tighten or loosen the compressive forces as they see fit to accommodate for activity, various clothing types or weight fluctuation. The patented Lacer Design Compression System is an integral feature of each BOA product. The system utilizes a multiple tear-drop channel design in conjunction with a high-tension harness cord and one simple pull strap to effectively tighten the orthosis with minimal exertion, strength, grasp and body motion by the patient.
