Pes cavus, or high arched feet, as shown in the images above is a high arch of the foot that may or may not flatten with weight bearing.

The symptoms of a high arched foot varies depending on the severity of the condition. Some patients experience pain along the arch, frequent ankle sprains and callous skin under the heels and balls of the feet.
